I’m Such a (Cynicist or a Sceptist or a) Realist

For I don’t believe advertisements. These followings are the example :

Shampoo, in which by the slip of hand thru the hair,  the hair instantly turn thick, smooth, shiny.
Calcium Supplement, where the skinny male model is able to carry this ummm large woman around 3 times his size PLUS 1 child on his back.
Cigarette, in which the model is able to perform a stunning acrobatic attraction.

Then why should I start to believe

Pre pregnant milk, which the narrator tried to convince that women who try to conceive have to fulfill the nutrition before the baby even conceived by drinking it.

Exaggeration (the phrase is "creative visualization").... What I believe is about eating right, and getting the right information from the right sources. Thank you very much.

Afterall, look what happened to this India guy who sued a company in this and this articles. Even if the story is a hoax, it does make you think ey… Korban iklan?

Or the Singaporean woman who demanded a birthday cake in this article. Cute.

And by the way, speaking of ads, the ads campaign of whitening product that implies female have to have white without-flaw-perfect skin to get male attention reeeaaallly annoys me. How shallow.
